Triple room: 75% of applicable rate
Children (under 16) at 75% of applicable rate
Rates are exclusive of lift passes and transfers
Breakfast is included. Linen and towels etc are provided

AAC Niseko members: up to 3 guests at AAC reciprocal rate
AAC Member bookings of 7 nights or more have a 5% discount
AAC Members' children under 5 free of charge when staying in parents' room

Early Season is Opening to 19 December
Xmas Season is 20 December to 31 December
Peak Season is January and February
Value Season is 1 - 15 March
Spring Season is 16 March until close
