Booking information

  • 2% booking fee applies to the total price of all booking.
  • $50 booking modification fee will be charged for changes of dates and/or number of guests after invoice is sent.
  • Standard rates are based per person on shared rooms.
  • Bookings of eight nights have the ninth night free.
  • Rates are exclusive of lift passes and transfers.
  • AAC Niseko members may bring 2 guests at AAC reciprocal rate.
  • AAC members’ children under 5 are free of charge when staying in parents’ room.
  • Breakfast is included. Bed linen and towels etc. are provided.
  • Room cleaning fee of $30 per room.
  • Pick up from Welcome Center or Kutchan Station can be organised.

Opening of Bookings for 2025-26 Season

  • Bookings are open to AAC Niseko members from May 1st 2025.
  • Bookings are open to AAC NIseko non-debenture members from June 1st 2025.
  • Bookings will be open to AAC members from July 1st 2025.
  • Bookings will be open to SASC members and the general public from September 1st 2025.
  • A non refundable deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking and full payment after November 1st 2025 is required to secure booking.
  • 'AAC Week' is from 1 - 30 March

Cancellation Policy*

• Cancel more than 60 days before check-in and get a 75% refund.
• Cancel between 28 and 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 28 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Please note: This policy is different from the standard AAC cancellation conditions.
