Booking information

2% booking fee applies to the total price of all booking.
Rates include 5% Hokkaido tax and 5% Kutchan tax
$50 booking modification fee will be charged for changes of dates and/or number of guests after invoice is sent.
Room cleaning fee of $30 per room.
Standard rates are based per person on shared rooms.
Bookings of eight nights have the ninth night free.
Rates are exclusive of lift passes and transfers.
AAC Niseko members may bring 2 guests at AAC reciprocal rate.
AAC members’ children under 5 are free of charge when staying in parents’ room.
Breakfast is included. Bed linen and towels etc. are provided.
Pick up from Welcome Center or Kutchan Station can be organised.

Opening of Bookings for 2025-26 Season

Bookings are open to AAC Niseko members from May 1st 2026.
Bookings are open to AAC NIseko non-debenture members from June 1st 2026.
Bookings will be open to AAC members from July 1st 2026.
Bookings will be open to SASC members and the general public from September 1st 2026.
A non refundable deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking and full payment after November 1st 2026 is required to secure booking.
'AAC Week' is from 1 - 30 March

Cancellation Policy*

• Cancel more than 60 days before check-in and get a 75% refund.
• Cancel between 28 and 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 28 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Please note: This policy is different from the standard AAC cancellation conditions.
